The vehicle list on the LIVE map
The vehicle list on the live map contains all vehicles in your fleet. It serves to give dispatchers a quick overview of the vehicle status and to select vehicles for the map view.
🔎 Search for vehicles
The vehicle search allows you to search your vehicle list by license plate number or vehicle name.
🏷️ Group vehicles by labels
You can group the vehicles in the vehicle list using tags. If a vehicle is assigned more than one tag, it will be displayed in each of the corresponding groups.
🪪 Identify vehicles
Vehicles can be identified by their type and identifier.

For quick identification, each vehicle type is represented by a symbol.

Vehicle identifier
One of the following identifiers is displayed for each vehicle. Which identifier is displayed depends on whether it has been defined for that specific vehicle.
License plate – By default, the registered license plate is displayed for each vehicle.
Name – The optional name of the vehicle is displayed if it has not been assigned an official license plate.
ID – Every vehicle has a unique identification number. This number is only displayed if the vehicle has not been assigned a license plate or an optional name.
📍 Vehicle location
For each vehicle, its current location is displayed with the following information:
Flag of the country
Name of the city (e.g. Berlin, Zurich)
👉 Note: The full address of the location will be displayed as long as you hover your mouse over the location.
▶️ State of movement
The system distinguishes the following motion states for a vehicle:
Offline – Tracking device is offline.
Driving – The vehicle is in motion while driving.
Paused – The vehicle is stationary while driving.
Stopped – The vehicle is not actively moving.
⚠️ Vehicle condition
The following conditions are highlighted for a vehicle as soon as they occur:
No GPS / Inaccurate GPS data
Low/Weak Signal Strength
Driving without a driver card
Private driving mode activated
How are multiple vehicle states displayed?
If more than two states are active at the same time, this is indicated by a "+" and the number of additional states at the end.
