DKV LIVE users can click on "Forgot password" in the login area.

Is the number of portal users limited?

No, any number of users can be created without additional costs.

Can I remove purchased hardware and install it in a new vehicle?

Yes, that's possible.

Can Trailer also be prosecuted?

Yes, that's possible.

Are traffic information displayed in the portal?

Yes, traffic information can be displayed on the LIVE map.

Why are refueling processes not being recognized for my vehicle?

A tank refill can be identified using telemetry data and payments made with the DKV service card.

For telemetry-based detection, please check the following:

• The assigned Tracking device provides telemetry data (fuel tank level in %).

• The vehicle has a specified fuel tank capacity.

For payment-based recognition , please assign the DKV service card to the vehicle that is valid for this vehicle and is currently in use.

Both detection types can be used in parallel.

Can I view recordings from more than one day in the DKV Live web portal?

Yes, you can find all traces by clicking on "Logbook" (either in the vehicle details section of the live map or directly in the vehicle details) and then selecting the desired logbook entry. Further information can be found here .
